Common Prayer : Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal orders dated 19.11.2020 made in I.A.Nos.7 & 8 of 2019 in O.S.No.15 of 2007, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District. For Petitioners : Mr.A.Arumugam (In both CRPs) C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed as against the order passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District in I.A.Nos.7 & 8 of 2019 in O.S.No.15 of 2007, dated 19.11.2020.
2.Today(22.11.2022), when these Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the main suit in O.S.No.15 of 2007 itself has been disposed of by the trial Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
