ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.108 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent to some other impartial investigation agency. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint against four persons for illegally evicted the petitioner from the Wakf Board property and that they have stolen a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- from the petitioner's shop and they take possession of Rupees Four Crores worth materials. The petitioner filed a complaint before the respondent police in Crime No.108 of 2021. But, so far, the respondent police have not taken any steps against the accused and the accused are freely moving around and prayed the investigation to be transferred to some other investigation agency.

3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the occurrence took place on 22.02.2021 and the F.I.R in Crime No.108 of 2021 was registered against four named persons and the investigation is pending and the accused are yet to be arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. It is seen that the dispute is with regard to payment of arrears of rent. Hence, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter as per law and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
