RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.426 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.14 of 2016 dated 05.02.2016 on the file of this Honble court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.Praba, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court, while granting suspension of sentence vide order dated 05.02.2016 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.426 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai once in 15 days until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the said Court once in a month viz., first working day of every English calender month until further orders.
