2.Today(11.11.2022), when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submit that the matter was referred to Mediation and on the best efforts taken by Mr.T.Jeen Joseph, the Mediator, the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled their issues. They also filed the settlement agreement before this Court. 3.In view of the subsequent development, this petition is closed as no further order is required. The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
