ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue Police Verification Report to the petitioner within the time frame stipulated by this Court by considering petitioner's application for Police Verification Request in PVR No.S6202200108711 dated 21.02.2022

2. The petitioner has applied for the post of Manager at Can Fin Homes Ltd., In pursuance to his application he has been provisionally selected and was issued with an appointment order dated 28.01.2022. As per the terms and conditions of the appointment order he has to produce necessary and requisite documents along with Police Verification Report from the local police station where he is residing permanently. Therefore the petitioner has applied for Police Verification Report from the respondent herein and also paid requisite fee of Rs.500/-. However the respondent kept the application pending and did not issue the report.

3. Considering the above, the respondent is directed to verify the conduct of the petitioner and issue Police Verification Report to the petitioner forthwith on the application filed vide reference No.PVR No.S6202200108711 dated 21.02.2022.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
