ORDER
The petitioner wants to conduct Kabadi Tournament on 14.04.2018 and 15.04.2018. The said request has been rejected by the respondent.
2.This Court went through the rejection order. The reasons set out in the impugned order are patently unsustainable in law and therefore, the same is quashed. The respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to hold the said tournament. It is for the respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions with regard to the conduct of the event. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
