Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondents s proceedings in Moo.Mu.No.7551/A1/2013 dated 30.10.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground to any suitable post according to his qualification within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. However, in case, the petitioner is of the view that the disobedience continues even after the final disposal of the writ appeal itself, if it is in his favour, it is open to the petitioner to exercise his rights with regard to such disobedience, in accordance with law.
