Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the respondents to carryout survey in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner's counsel asserts that there is no rival claim.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition mentioned survey will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concluded on or before 10.05.2019.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. If the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondents shall relegate the petitioner to move appropriate civil Court. No costs.
