Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.NAGENTHRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.
