Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUTHUMALAIRAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11841 of 2016, dated 15.07.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even a single day, as imposed by this Court and prayed for dismissal of this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition already imposed by this Court, I am not inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
