ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Challenging the eviction notice dated 04.02.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is filed.

3.Though larger relief has been sought for by the petitioner, today (21.02.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.122 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur seeking for permanent injunction, is directed to be disposed of within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the said submission, without going into the merits of the matter, we direct the learned Sub Judge, Vedasandur to dispose of the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.122 of 2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the 2nd respondent is directed not to precipitate the matter.
