Mr.R.Vel Murugan ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Court, by order dated 12.02.2026, granted anticipatory bail to the second and third petitioners and interim anticipatory bail to the first petitioner till 26.02.2026, with a direction to the first petitioner to appear before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court and to cooperate with the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the first petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed insofar as the first petitioner is concerned.
