This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners.

2.In view of the order passed by this Court on 30.10.2017 the first petitioner has been in possession of the property till 22.01.2018. Thereafter, as per the undertaking given before this Court, she handed over possession to the fifth respondent on 22.01.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
