Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the 6th respondent to permit the petitioner to work in his original place as oversear and to provide him all his service benefits w.e.f 22.4.2019 by considering petitioner representation dated 12.12.2019.

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in WP.(MD) No.425 of 2020, dated 09.01.2020, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He further submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated into service and posted as Overseer at Kuzhthurai Municipality, pending the disciplinary proceedings, which is to be finalized by the Government.
