ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to transfer the investigation of the complaint, dated 09.02.2023 in C.S.R.No.87 of 2023, to some of the independent agency and further proceed in accordance with law.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that there was tenancy dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent, due to which, both of them have given complaints against each other. He would further submit that the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.87 of 2023 enquiry was undertaken, during the course of enquiry, the petitioner has appeared before the respondent Police and the same was closed, after recording the statement of the petitioner that he will workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Hence, the compliant was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that C.S.R.No.87 of 2023 has been closed, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of and the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 23.02.2023 NCC :
