Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent herein to measure the lands comprised in Survey No.395/7B measuring an extent 1.26.82 acres situated at Udayalipatti Village, Kundrandar temple Post, Kulathor Taluk, Pudukottai District and fix the boundaries of petitioner's land an extent of 1.26.82 acres in the said survey number by considering her application dated 15.02.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and measured.

2.The second and third respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise. If the second and third respondents encounter any resistance, they shall relegate the writ petitioner to move the competent Civil Court. If there is no resistance or opposition, the survey exercise should be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. is without any basis, the survey authority is at liberty to take the assistance of the jurisdictional police.
