ORDER
The above writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.07.2023 passed by the second respondent in Ni.Mu.Aa1/3411/2022.
2. Today, when the matter was called, a joint compromise memo both in the vernacular and English language has been filed before this Court, in and by which it came to understand that the fifth respondent, namely Zaithoon Beevi has been paid a sum of Rs.12,50,000/-, which she has received. 2/5
3. In the light of the above compromise and considering the fact that the fifth respondent has no objection to the impugned proceedings being set aside and that she has accepted the assignment made in favour of the petitioner's vendor, the Writ Petition stands allowed and the impugned order dated 10.07.2023 passed by the second respondent in Ni.Mu.Aa1/3411/2022 is set aside. The patta shall be restored within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
