Prayer :- The Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to set aside the order of returning the Trust Original Petition under Trust O.P. Sr. 2860 of 2022, on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram dated 23.01.2023 for want of Jurisdiction and consequentially direct the Learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram to number the Trust Original petition, filed under Trust O.P. Sr. No. of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram dated 23.01.2023.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon the letter received from the Prl.District Judge, Maduari in D.No.9523, dated 5/12/23, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower court'.

2. By an order dated 25.04.2023, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in Trust O.P.No.112/2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The Court below has now submitted a letter in D.No.9523 dated 05.12.2023 with a request of three months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 25.04.2023 made in C.R.P(MD)No.501 of 2023.
