Prayer : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating with the impugned order of the 1st respondent in R.No.5111067 / PHC5/A3/2023, dated 29.09.2023, 20.08.2024 and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to disburse the service benefits to the petitioner by accepting the petitioner's resignation within the time stipulated by this Court. During the course of hearing of this writ petition, Mr.S.Vinodh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the relief sought in this writ petition has been granted to the petitioner by accepting the resignation of the petitioner and by paying the entire monetary benefits for which the petitioner is entitled.
