ORDER

Seeking to quash the first information report in Crime No.62 of 2022 dated 18.03.2022 on the file of the first respondent police, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that in this case already investigation was completed and final report has also been filed by way of e-filing in E-filing No.LTN20220001755c20260023, on 13.02.2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilaiyankudi. 3.In view of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilaiyankudi, is directed to take the case on file forthwith. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so adviced. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
