ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 and their subordinates not to harass the petitioner and her family members at any event in so far as the complaint given by one Murugan and her wife Eshwari. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the money dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, the third respondent made a complaint to the second respondent police. Based on the complaint, the police officials threatened the petitioner and his family members. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking the aforesaid relief.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, the investigation was conducted and it was found that the issue has been settled amicably and no further action is required.
5. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
