Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the terminal monetary benefits of gratuity, special provident funds, leave salary, arrears of subsistence allowance and all other consequential monetary benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2019. ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents for disbursement of terminal benefits, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation to the respondents on 28.01.2019, seeking disbursement of gratuity, special provident fund, leave salary, arrears of subsistence allowance etc., Since the same has not been considered so far, this writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits. 5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2019 with regard to payment of terminal benefits and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
