PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the first respondent to appoint the Additional Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai or any competent police officer to further investigate the Avudaiyar Kovil Police Station Crime NO.177 of 2014 based on the representation dated 28.01.2015 and also give necessary police protection to enjoy the petitioner's property bearing S.No.130/4B in Avudaiyarkoil Village and S.No.315/3A and S.No.315/11A in Punniyavayal Village, Pudukkottai District.

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the first respondent to appoint the Additional Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai or any competent police officer to further investigate the Avudaiyar Kovil Police Station Crime NO.177 of 2014 based on the representation dated 28.01.2015 and also give necessary police protection to enjoy the petitioner's property bearing S.No.130/4B in Avudaiyarkoil Village and S.No.315/3A and S.No.315/11A in Punniyavayal Village, Pudukkottai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.There is no representation for the third respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim is made on the basis of civil decrees in favour of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The second respondent police is directed to afford police protection to the petitioner after satisfying himself regarding the claim of the petitioner and on finding the same supported by finding of the civil forum.
