ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2023 and consequently direct the first respondent to issue the announced Wagon R car to the first prize winner/petitioner during the Paalamedu Jallikattu 2021. 2.The petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent to order to issue a car as per the announcement of the first prize for the winner.

3.The second respondent conducted Jallikattu and announced the prize. Though the petitioner was declared as winner of the first prize, he was not provided with a car by the second respondent. The entire dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent is civil in nature. Therefore, the first respondent has no role to play in the claim made by the petitioner. If at all any grievance, the petitioner can approach the civil Court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. 2/4

Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
