ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members for compelling them to produce the second respondent's husband Hari Hara Sudhan, aged about 30 years under the guise of enquiry based on her complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant as against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
