ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Solicitor General pointed out that even according to the writ petitioner, a case against him is pending in PRC.No.30 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Melur. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not received any summon in the said case. Even then when the charge sheet filed by the police has been taken on file, the petitioner will have to move the jurisdictional criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad. Therefore, this Court permitted the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Magistrate for getting permission to travel abroad. 2.Giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Criminal Court, the Writ Petition is closed.
