ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 23.06.2022, made in W.P.(MD)No.12991 of 2022, wherein this Court had directed the Director of Technical Education to dispose of the appeal filed by the writ petitioner.

2.The Director of Technical Education has brought to the notice of the Court that he is not a competent authority to dispose of the appeal and he has forwarded the appeal filed by the writ petitioner to the Director, Centre for Affiliation of Institution, Anna University, Guindy, Chennai - 600 025 on 26.02.2024.

3.In view of the facts, the contempt petition stands closed with a liberty to the contempt petitioner to pursue his appeal before the Director, Centre for Affiliation of Institution, Anna University, Guindy, Chennai - 600 025. 29.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/3
