Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.1082 of 2021:- This Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the Principal and District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court) Srivilliputtur at Virudhunagar District to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day on merits in the event of their surrender in connection with Crime No.232 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.S.Rajeswari, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, Additional Public Prosecutor For R1 and R2, this Court made the following order:

This Court, by its order dated 27.01.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1082 of 2021 directed the petitioners to surrender before the learned Principal and District Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, within a period of fifteen https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.2069 of 2021 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were not in a position to surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks further time to surrender.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Principal and District Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading this order, failing which, the order passed by this Court, shall stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
