Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass the appropriate order under Section 63(E) of the HR & CE Act to conduct the 4th day Mandagapadi or any other day Mandagapadi for every year in Arulmigu Bairavanathar Temple, situated at Peyal Village, Kilikudi Union, Iluppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2017 and pass the order within a time frame stipulated by this Court. ORDER

According to the Writ Petitioner, he has filed an application before the first respondent for conducting festival in Arulmigu Bairavanathar Temple, situated at Payal Village, Iluppur Taluk,Pudukkottai District on 30.03.2017. Sofar no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.In the above circumstances, since the petitioner's representation is dated 30.03.2017 and it is pending till date, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Trichy, is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2017, conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
