O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second and third respondents to give the police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his building situated at K.A.S. Shopping Complex, Anna Salai, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. A perusal of the counter affidavit would show that there are quiet number of cases pending against the petitioner. Apart from the same, there are civil disputes are pending. History sheet was also opened against the petitioner. The petitioner already filed a writ petition seeking direction to direct action against the Superintendent of Police, Dindigul. Placing reliance upon the representation, which was placed before this Court in W.P.(MD) No.17080 of 2014. The petitioner has also filed a contempt petition in Cont.P.No.51 of 2014. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this petition.
