The petitioner alleges harassment at the instance of the second respondent. It is seen that the petitioner has to return a sum of Rs.4,80,000/- received by her as advance from her erstwhile tenant/third respondent.The third respondent had vacated the premises.The petitioner is not returning the othi amount. Therefore,third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent. The petitioner was summoned for enquiry. The petitioner has given a written statement undertaking to return the said amount. In this background, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.Except recording these developments, it is not for this Court to issue any direction. If the second petitioner wants to summon the petitioner, the second respondent will issue formal summons in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
