2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., 1st and 15th day of every month until further orders.
