ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Section 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during enquiry, the petitioners handed over the articles to the defacto complainant.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that on the basis of the compliant given by the de-facto complainant, enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the same was closed.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
