Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of the Firt Respondent and to quash the same. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.M.Anantha Devi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional public Prosecutor, for the Respondents this court made the following order; This petition has been filed to extend the time for payment of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs, to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai vide order dated 16.02.2022
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order copy was uploaded on 15.02.2022 and immediately he could not contact the parties, hence he was unable to comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the same, time already granted by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- is extended till 17.03.2022, failing which the order already granted shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
