This petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with P.R.C.No.145 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners himself agreed that the case has been committed and is pending in S.C.No.451 of 2015 before the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, to dispose of S.C.No.451 of 2015 within a stipulated time.
