[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.] It appears that there are several litigations pending with respect to the temple in question and therefore, at this juncture, the prayer of the petitioner in a Public Interest Litigation cannot be considered. However, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law under the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
