This petition is filed to direct respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in connection with Crime No.250 of 2008.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry, after issuing summons and therefore, there is no harassment by the respondents police.
