Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.ANTO PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20365/2021, dated 23.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
