2.Pending writ petition, the respondents have withdrew the impugned order and subsequently, issued a fresh order which is challenged in W.P.(MD)No.9806 of 2021. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Any grounds raised in this writ petition is available to the petitioner to raise in the subsequent writ petition.
