ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would

submit that after issuing show cause notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), the authority concerned passed an order under Section 6 of the Act. 3.In view of the subsequent development that had taken place pending this Writ Petition, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the authority concerned under Section 10 of the Act challenging the said order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
