This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to change the investigation of Crime No.140 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent to some other impartial investigation agency under his control, to conduct a proper enquiry under his supervision for the above said reasons. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting investigation, final report has been laid in P.R.C.No.9 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and the same was committed to the Sessions Court. is posted on 16.10.2018 for appearance of the accused. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
