The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners had filed this Petition seeking direction against the first Respondent not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instruction of the first Respondent, would submit that the Police had conducted an enquiry and closed it in the light of the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No. 892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021, as it involves money dispute.
