Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2018 for grant of Natham patta in Natham survey No.214/18 measuring an extent of 4.53 Ares which is equivalent to 4874 sq.ft house site situated in North Street, Thanjavur District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of matter.
