Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019 would be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the first respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. This Court has not given any positive direction to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. No costs.
