3.It is submitted that the first petitioner has already been arrested and he is in custody. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as against the first petitioner.

4.In sofar as the other petitioners namely, petitioners 2 to 4 are concerned, they are directed to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court. On their surrender, the jurisdictional Special Court shall consider their bail application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders on the same day.
