PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the bill clerk and load lifting workers who were illegally making commission of Rs.35 for one bag of paddy in Direct Purchase Center, Poovalur, Thanjavur District functioning under the supervision of Tamil Nadu Civil Supply Corporation, consequently direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's 250 bags of paddy for immediate procurement which was registered before 3 weeks in Director Purchase Center, Poovalur, Thanjavur District functioning under the supervision of Tamil Nadu Civil Supply Corporation on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.02.2021 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the paddy bags have been secured. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
