This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying for an order for transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.653 of 2014 on the file of the Thuckalay Police Station by directing the second respondent to hand over the records with the third respondent and the third respondent has to conduct further investigation of the case and lay the final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] that charge sheet is filed and the same is yet to be taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the concerned Magistrate to consider the charge sheet without any further delay. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
