To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court the petitioners/ Accused No. 1 in Crl.O.P.No. 24902 of 2015 in Crime No. 285 of 2015 dated 08.01.16 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners have to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.
