This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.71 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the case in crime No.71 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 15.04.2016. 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
