ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the Petitioner's minor daughter namely, Swetha, aged 17 years, who is under the illegal detention of the third respondent and hand over her custody to the Petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue appeared before this Court through video-conferencing. On enquiry, she has stated that she is willing to go with the mother, the Petitioner herein.

H.C.P.(MD) No.376 of 2021 4.Recording the above said submission made by the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
